Proof. I'm in trouble.

My monkey in action. I don't have any of her trying to turn the stove on because I was of course flinging the camera aside and screeching No, No, NOOOOOO! And you might think the one with her foot up was captured midblink but it's not. That's her "I'm so cute face" as in " I'm doing something I know shouldn't be doing but I'm so cute that I won't get in trouble." And yes, my kitchen was a mess. Because, you know, we actually live here and use it and don't have a maid service or anything. And I'm okay with that.

Amen to having a house that's "lived in" - the way it should be!! What kind of oven/stove do you have - I'm always trying to gather ideas:) Hope we can meet up sometime before year's end! (((Hugs)))

Oh yes, you are in trouble! You didn't mention living with THREE kids while undergoing one of the world's LONGEST kitchen remodels. You are entitled. Remember what Grandma always told me to NEVER apologize for a messy house when a baby lived and loved there.

Kitchen looks great, Rae! No worries. I can barely keep it together with one.

Becky it's a 5 burner from kenmore. The are 2 ovens - one is itty bityy though so it's worthless unless you're heating up rolls or something. I'll be honest, I don't think it's necessary at all. I wish we had gone with two wall ovens and just a normal 4 burner. But I haven't cooked a holiday meal here yet!
And I should also join bakers anon so I might use my oven a bit more than most.
