Great pics! Glad to see you're settled into the new house. Have a wonderful time at the beach! The beach sounds sooo much warmer than it is here in Nebraska. Snow & cold is one thing, -12 is quite another...hoping for some warmer weather, 20's & 30's would be a tropical heat wave!
